How do I download Vice City online. I'm new here so the help would be appreciated

Vice City Online is yet to be released, shouldn't be to long.
If you can't wait you do have VC:MP and MTA: VC.
Also, anything referring to Vice City Online, keep it on the right boards. Moved.

i need a tool for finding rampages in VC. i got 100 packages only with package viewer.
u see i don't play too much.
