Some of them, yes. It usually gives you a warning as you put it in that a certain achievement will be blocked.

LOL, thats quite a hypocritical response!

Considering there is a whole sub-forum for cheats/strategies... the www.justfuckinggoogleit.com response is more than apt

Stay on topic guys.

iChaos, cheats stop you from getting 100% in the game completion and it does stop you from obtaining all the achievements.

If you want 100% or all achievements, I recommend you don't cheat.

It seems a shame that they give you the nice and easy cheats menu on your phone but it still blocks 100%. I'm nearly there and hate having to switch to another save when I want to go on a h4x rampage. It would be better to freeze your percentage while cheats are active or some other workaround.

Either way, chopping up police copters while spamming insta repair never gets old.

Cheating will not result in getting less than 100%, as stated on the social club website.

When they were running the Keys to the City contest, they said you could use anything in the game itself, INCLUDING in-game cheat codes, to make it to 100 percent and still be eligible. That sort of implies that using cheats will not prevent you from getting 100% completion.

Good point. Thanks for pointing out the small print :)
