Very Strange Horn in South Slopes

Down in the alley way near the Hove Beach Pay and Spray there is this weird horn noise going off, I looked around for 5 minutes, killed myself, then went back and the sound was still going.

I can make a video of this for you guys if you would like. Heres where it is using Snap Map if anyone wants to check it out and tell me if they're getting the noise too. I'm using the Xbox 360 version.

I reloaded my save game and the noise still persists.

It happened to me while I was messing around in Race online, I crashed into a parked banshee which set the alarm off, then it just turned into a droning horn.

Had the same thing at my safehouse in Alderney last night. It did eventually disappear the 2nd time I went to the area.

i got it in the exact place....

and 1 other time...umm where was it?? i think algonqiun...its probally just a glitch :(

ditto on that, in alderney at Jimmy Pegorino's house. Maybe there is a car trapped under the ground and the driver's head is stuck to the steering wheel. It went away after a few missions I guess....

thats like the horn in San Andreas near the golden gate bridge but we found out it was an SFX for a ship's fog horn

When I first heard it that's what I immediatly thought of (in-game). I was thinking to myself...wow how far R* goes into detail with their games.

The sound on the video is a lot different to hearing it through my speakers.

It's definitely a car horn going off repeatedly.

Well, I checked it out (PS3 version) and there was no horn.

Very odd though for you. Has to be a glitch.

It's either a glitch or one of those devices used to deter loitering.

Same happened to me near Dwayne's.
I kept looking for wear it was coming from.
It went away when I came back like five minutes later.
I figure it's just a glitch.
Dead guy in car must've glitched through the ground.

Happened to me too. I looked around for the car, couldn't find it so i blew all the cars up near where the horn was loudest but it carried on! then the cops shot me :(

It's one of the more obvious bugs in the game. When I've heard it, the blaring horn hasn't left the spot until the next time I load up the game. If it was intentional (like a burglar alarm or something), it surely wouldn't still be on after dying, or driving to the other side of the city and returning to it.
