Two bits!
Get any type of car and go to a large traffic jam. Use the horn to do the "Shave and a haircut" and stop, one of the many other cars should do the "two bits". You must listen carefully because it might be done by a pedestrian instead!

SO im guessing the 2 bits is the last 2 notes?

Are you sure this isn't just a coincidence? The reason I ask is because if you block the way of any civilian traffic they often do a double beep regardless of your horn.

I did it.
A cop sounded his siren twice very quickly.
It was pretty neat.

a $100 bucks through paypal says, that was totally random!
they do that all the time.. if you run a redlight, and a cop is nearby he'll sound the siren real quick then stop adn drive on
