In both ways you will have his apartment, so killing him or killing Dwayne is the same.
But I regret not killing Dwayne since he's a retard. He calls me sometimes asking if I called since he was having a shower and could not reach for the phone.

I don't regret anything. I had to play the game a second time to get the Liberty City Minute achievement so I did everything opposite.

I regret killing Derrick instead of Francis a bit...he didn't seem worth much in the community so I chose Francis over him.
