Puerto Rican connection the "easy" way *SPOILERS*

If you don't want to follow the train via road (it's somewhat of a pain in the ass), here's what you can do (and what I did):

1) Take a cab to the helitour
2) Steal a chopper
3) Fly to Manny's community center
4) Trigger the mission
5) Fly to the Waypoint on the Algonquin bridge
6) Follow the train from above (do this at night and the scenery is even better)
7) Land when the train stops
8) Kill the targets

Take a cab to the Helitour and jack one of the heli's.

Following the train under the tracks is much easier. It'd be too hard to land the helicopter without either losing the targets or crashing.

This mission is fairly easy. Just do a pracice run without a train

You can land it on top of the station and simply jump down. I tried it 3 times, twice in a car and once in a heli, and the heli way was MUCH easier.

I just landed on the streets below the station. Maybe I'm just godly with a chopper :)
