Voice navigation is buggy

Hey guys, I noticed that voice navigation is kinda trash. Example. Mine is set to be on "on certain cars". The car I drive all the time, is one sentinel. I always have the same one, and don't loose it. Sometime, voice navigation is on. Sometimes its off. Like is there a way to turn it on /off. Its crazy, it was working, I save my game, my friend comes over, I get in my car, and voice navigation is off. Embracing. I had to turn it to "on all cars" to show him how it works =\
Am I the only one with this problem? I have the PS3 version.
