What's the easiest or fastest ways to get these up? I try everything but I just can't keep up with them all.

People always call me at the worst times, going to save or in the middle of a mission making it hard as i always have to blow them off, id love a good way to keep it up myself

I have got 100% with Michelle, 92% Roman and 100% Jacob without much trouble tbh
I just have Jacob, Brucie & Packie left.
LJ - 58% Like/ 100% Respect
Brucie - 59% Like / 100% Respect
Packie - 78% Like / 81% Respect
I think the Jobs get Respect and spending time with them gains Like. Just seems to be never ending.
