So about 4-5 hours ago I shot a policeman in a quiet area, just drove past that area. His body was still there.

Maybe it was just a coincidence and some guy killed a cop.

Everything stays the way you leave it. So if you hit some1 with a car in Broker and you come back like 10mins later the stuff is still there.

Yes but not for 4-5 hours.

Restart console and the body will disappear.
