Also the laundromat right across the street from your first safehouse is called Vinewood Laundromat, and the second time Roman texts you about taxi side-missions the text says that he's tired of ferrying around 80 year old Vice City residents and that you can take a couple if you want.
Some references found by Clayton

7. GTA main characters
In the first mission you do for Dwayne, when Niko sits down, there is graffiti in the background. Written there is things like "R.I.P, We will miss you." also, you see "Claude" written there. Claude is GTA 3's main character.
found by n00bpwner
Also (Found by Eli )
It also says things like never forget and "Tommy" along with "Victor" and the names of other persons you've played with in a GTA game.

But In the wall with all the past GTAs paintings there's more to it. I went to it and looked at it for a long time and actually "explored it". The pic that atdray posted has just a small bit of painting, but if you go there you will see that near El Burro(the fat guy in white shirt with the belly out :p) there's many small pictures of people from past games and many actually seem to be from the Top Down Grand Theft Autos. If you keep going right you'll see Misti from GTA III and a red helicopter which was on a box art of one of the GTAs.

If you go to the wall facing north you'll again see the pics from El Burro, Misti and farther west you'll see a red motorcycle(which I think was also in one of the box arts) and one of the "twins" from Vice City.

If you go to the wall facing south you'll see a garage door reading something like "Only paint with permission- -Weekdays- Crew(or something) - - Weekends 12 Until (can't read).

19. Giant rooster
If you go to the screamer, next to it there's a mini golf, if you go near its entrance you'll see the rooster that appeared in a small village in the desert near Las Venturas.

21. Cops on crooks
If you go to the LCPD station with the Annihilator helicopter (East coast of Algonquin, up north - next to a gas station) and then go inside the door that leads to the helipad, you go up one (maybe 2?) flights of stairs and there are 3 cops standing round some guy lying on the ground. Appears that they beat him or something, and if you remember in San Andreas if you entered the back of the Los Santos police station you would see a cop beating up a ped.

22. Cluckin' Bell Kids meal
If you go to any Cluckin' Bell and walk around you'll see a crystal box with a toy with a chicken-head helmet in it. The box reads as follows:

If you go to West Dyke in Alderny City and follow the main dirt raod leading out to the ocean and a jetty (an assination mission takes place here) you'll notice a PED doing Yoga or Kung-fu or something on top of a hill while looking out into the ocean.
These two were found by Fry.

There is also a ped doing the same thing on a giant rock looking out into the ocean in West Dyke, a view through the scope of a sniper provides a closer look. A fly by in a helicopter too close will "spook" him like it would other pedestrians and in attempt to flee he will ultimately fall off the rock to his death.

34. Car with invinsibility (spoiler warning)
Go to your phonebook, select Jacob and select "Guns", go to his location, buy weapons or armor if you want to and then hit L1, he'll close the trunk, but if you try to steal the car you won't be able to. Niko just tries opening the door but doesn't break the crystal down.
basically you can cause damage to it, it's just that you're not able to steal it, you can also kill Little Jacob without losing Like %. He'll afterwards call you to pick him up at the hospital.

An indestructible vehicle would be the TUG(the big rusty boat) you can randomly find at several places. even shooting at it with RPG's will not cause it to blow up.

45. Car manufacturers spin-off
On the left rear bumper of the Blista Compact you'll see a label, just under the left taillamp, saying "INVARIBLE VALVE TIMING", a play on Honda's much-ballyhooed VTEC variable-valve timing system.
Both the Dukes and Ruiner share the manufacturer "IMPONTE". If you aren't paying close attention it's easy to mis-read it as "IMPOTENT".
Many of the cars in-game have their engine sizes emblazoned somewhere on the car--mostly the muscle cars. The Dukes, for example, proclaims it has a 550CI Supercharged engine under the hood (look on the fender, just ahead of the doors). The Blista Compact claims a fuel-injected L4 (right rear). The Bobcat is sporting a honking V10 (front fenders). The Vigero and Feltzer both proclaim V8 power lurks under their hoods in various places (the Vigero on the rear end, the Feltzer on the front fenders)
the Dukes car is a kinda obvious reference to the Dukes of Hazzard, it's the same '69 Charger they use.

Haunted Stroller
http://www.gamesradar.com/f/the-top-...05122415601022

We're not even sure if this really qualifies as an "Easter egg" per se, but it's always in the same place and it's creepy as hell, so in it goes. You can find this stroller abandoned on a sandy hillside just southwest of Francis International Airport, and while it looks like just another piece of garbage cluttering up the game world, it's actually a lot more ominous than that.

Think about it: have you ever seen a kid in a GTA game? No, you haven't. In fact, with the exception of Louise's baby in Vice City Stories (who doesn't count, because she only shows up in cutscenes) and a few radio bits, there's never even been evidence of kids in the GTA world.

Or there wasn't until we saw this stroller, anyway, which sits alone, parked on a hillside in more or less pristine condition, with no parents or baby in sight. Just a rusted-out car and some big, dangerous-looking rocks. If you stop to think about it, this one lonely object tells a whole sordid story.

Eerie, huh? Remind us to go back there on a dark, moonless night sometime.

The following below were posted by ChandlerBing. from www.cheatcc.com
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Invisible rider
Get killed or somehow otherwise get to Schottler Medical Center. Enable the "Spawn Sanchez" code. Look at the inside of the hospital from the bottom of the stairs. Keep pressing A on the "Cheat" option of your cell phone until you see a Sanchez appear inside the hospital. Go up to it, and get on the bike. Either all the walls will disappear, all the walls will have inverse colors, or everything will turn very bright white. No matter what, Niko will be invisible and so will your gun if you choose to fire it. The muzzle flash appears but the gun itself does not. You can get on and off the bike. Note: If you try to go outside the hospital, you will become visible again.

Fall through ground
Drive a large vehicle, such as an SUV, to Francis International Airport. Drive sideways under a moving plane so that the wheels are pushing into you. Sometimes you and the car will drop below the world. After a few seconds, you will respawn back on land with the vehicle gone.

Get to the part where you go into the subway about halfway through the mission "Your Shirt, Your Boots, Your Motorcycle". Stay to the left. When the subway car comes towards you, keep left, and try to get in-between the wall and the subway car. Doing this will drop you into "blue hell" for a few seconds before popping you back up.

Go to "Fishmarket South" (where you do one mission for Bernie). Find the Anchor statue near the sea. Go towards the water and over the little dock into the water. Swim to the right (south) until you see a wooden "pier" against the wall. It should have square gaps that you can hop through. Jump through the one to the far right (the first one you swim past), and move towards the wall. You will fall down into "blue hell".

Swim under city
Go to the north part of the map, just northwest of Butterfly Street in Bohan. Then, get down to the outskirts of the land, and walk towards the corner between the brick wall and the cliff. You can walk through the invisible wall. Lookup towards the city to see the city from below. You can also continue onwards and swim under the city.

Lara Croft appearance in Multiplayer mode
Reach rank 1 in all events to unlock all clothes and items. Then, use the following options to create Lara Croft:
Gender: Female
Hair: 2/5
Head: 3/4
Torso: 4/4
Legs: 6/6
Glasses: 1/2
Hats: None

Crude humor references
Cherry Popper
Look at the side of an ice cream van. It reads "Cherry Popper".
Jizz!

Inside the laundromat, the detergent being used and prominently displayed above the back washing machine is "Jizz! Big Washing Power", an obvious attempt at crude humor.

The Brown Note
Near Faustin's house is a reference to a legendary musical note. When you are in the area, proceed to the dead end about a block away towards the water. Hop over the fence on your left while facing the water, and a man should be sitting on a bench reading a book titled "The Brown Note". Musician's joke that this is a note that when played causes bowel movements by the person playing it.

Cop names
During the intermission sequence for the "I'll Get Her" mission, look closely behind Gerry Mcreary. There is a whiteboard for shift changes for the prison guards. Some of their names are Phil McCrevis (feel my crevice) and Richard Head (dick head).

Movie references

300

Reach the part of the game where Niko and Roman have a safehouse in South Bohan. In the house on the left of the table near the television is a pile of books. The middle purple book in a stack of three is titled "Madness & Blasphemy: The Do's and Dont's". This is an reference to the movie 300 where in the "This is Sparta!" scene, the lines "This is blasphemy! This is madness!" are spoken.

Le Fin Absolue Du Monde

This film is referenced in the city and in the in-game internet. Go by Frankfort Ave. in Algonquin to find a poster of a movie called "The Flying Whore". That poster is a reference to Le Fin Absolue Du Monde, the fake deadly-film featured in the short movie Cigarette Burns by John Carpenter in the Masters Of Horror series on TV. To see a funny review of that movie, search for it at the online cultural magazine of Liberty City through the in-game internet.

Point Break

In Packie's "Three Leaf Clover" mission, while Michael is watching the hostages, one of the men on the floor turns to a man next to him and tells him that he is a member of a gun club and when the time is right they will fight back. When Michael is distracted, the man stands up, shoots Michael, then in turn is killed by Packie and his brother. This is a reference to the bank heist in the movie Point Break.

Reservoir Dogs

When shooting at cops, you will sometimes hear them yell "I'm going to be OK!", just like Mr. Orange in Reservoir Dogs. -From: Dom Scarpa

Terminator 2: Judgment Day

The mission "I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots, And Your Motorcycle" is a reference to the line spoken by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

The Big Lebowski

While you are bowling, you can hear random conversations in the background. If you listen closely, you can occasionally hear someone order a White Russian, The Dude's favorite drink from the movie The Big Lebowski. The Dude was an avid bowler, and several scenes from the movie take place in a bowling alley.

The Revenger's Tragedy

The final mission, "A Revenger's Tragedy", is a reference to the play and movie based on the play titled The Revenger's Tragedy.

To Live And Die In L.A.

The mission "To Live And Die in Alderney" is a reference to the movie To Live And Die In L.A.
Versus.
The numbers on blue armored prison transport truck are KSC-303, which is a reference to the main character of the Japanese film Versus, who is known as Prisoner KSC2-303.

Weekend At Bernie's

The mission "Weekend At Florian's" is a reference to the film Weekend At Bernie's.

People references

Banksy

You can find street art in the style of Banksy, a British street artist, at various locations in the city.

Chuck Norris

Go to any Cluckin' Bell to find a plastic covering with a man in a chicken suit inside of it. Read the label. It says free "Cluck Norris" toy with every meal.

Spider-Man

Sometimes when you walk past a pedestrian they will say "Looks it's your friendly neighbor..., oh no never mind."

Product reference

Daz

In any of the launderettes, you will be able to see an advertisement for the washing powder "FUD", which is a parody of "Daz", which is a laundry powder in England.

Video game references

Assassin's Creed

The "Assassin's Greed" achievement for completing all nine assassin missions is a reference to the game Assassin's Creed. (in Assassin's creed you also had to assassinate 9 people)

Bully

Jimmy from Bully can be found walking outside the Hove Beach railway station at certain times.

Go into any of Niko's safehouses, and watch the television show "I'm Rich". Every so often a blonde girl's story will start, explaining her life. It says what school she went to as a child, which happens to be Bullworth Academy from the Rockstar game Bully.

When Niko hands his CV into the lawyers, it states he attended Bullworth University in England. The Bully game was set in Bullworth Academy in New England.

At the end of the opening sequence for Elizabeth's second mission, you can see Jimmy Hopkins, the protagonist from the game Bully, dancing in the back.

Grand Theft Auto 3

Across the road from the Bank Of Liberty is a building with some artwork of El Burro, D-Ice and 8-Ball from Grand Theft Auto 3 and the GTA 3 box art, all mixed in with some generic graffiti.

Once you are free to go anywhere, on the first island, go to the map to see an 8-ball logo. When you go there, it is a bar called 8-Ball, an obvious reference to 8-Ball from Grand Theft Auto 3.

Go to Brucie's auto shop. Then, go south down the road. Just before the turn, you can find a wooden Belly-Up fish crate on the sidewalk. Belly-Up Fish was one of the Triad controlled businesses in Grand Theft Auto 3.

In the "Portrait Of A Killer" mission, look opposite of all the gang members you have to kill, at the wall on the big house with three fire stairs on it. You can see an image of a woman holding a gun. She can also be found on the cover art from Grand Theft Auto 3.

On the last island is a destroyed boat and factory. In Grand Theft Auto 3, you destroyed a drug boat for the mob. The boat is at the very top part of the island.

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

Some of the ringtones you can choose for the more "modern" phones are actually songs from GTA: Liberty City Stories.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

While watching television in a safehouse, a commercial featuring a NASCAR-like racing event will appear. All of the clips showing the racing are shot from GTA: San Andreas at the airport in Los Santos, using a Hotring Racer.

While watching television in a safehouse, flip through the channels until the "I'm Rich" show is on. After it ends, another episode of it will return, but is not the same episode. Watch through it. At one point you will hear the narrator say "Your life will be as exciting as a soda commercial". At that point, you can see CJ briefly in a multicolored suit freefalling above San Andreas.

Go to a TW@ Internet Cafe, log into a computer, and enter "www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com" as a URL. Go to the thread titled "Health is a gift from space. Worship the Worm". You will see a response from "The Truth", or his online username "Trooth".

Exit your safehouse on Broker, and go to your right down the street. When you get to the intersection, turn right. The second shop is called the "Hot Coffee Shop". This a reference to the "Hot Coffee" mod from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

After your first date with Michelle, try to take it further when dropping her off at home. If you fail, Niko will ask if he can come in for some coffee, and she will reply that he would need $2 million for it, referring to the legal settlement for the "Hot Coffee" incident arising from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Go on a date with Carmen. She might talk about how she hates living in Bohan and wanted to live in Algonquin. She will then say how Algonquin was too expensive, and says that she would like to live in Los Santos.

Go behind the Memory Lanes bowling alley on Firefly Island, and explore the golf course. Walk around until you see a chicken. It is a miniature version of the giant Feed Seed chicken located in the desert in Las Venturas. You can also find a wind turbine from the game.

When you are in Playboy X's mansion, look under the television to find a blurry Madd Dogg album.

The porno shop found in San Andreas also appears in Liberty City. It is at Star Junction near the corner of Lorimar St. and Denver-Exeter Ave., almost directly in the middle of Algonquin in a very bright area.

There is a bar called the "Vinewood Bar & Grill".

Behind Funland are the Hippo garbage cans from GTA: San Andreas.

On Applewhite St. there is a sign that reads "Visit Las Venturas, $200".

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Go behind the Memory Lanes bowling alley on Firefly Island, and explore the golf course. Some of the attractions are actually small models of familiar landmarks from previous games. You can find the Ocean View Hotel from GTA: Vice City.

Across the road from the Bank Of Liberty is a building with some artwork of a motorbike from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City mixed in with some generic graffiti.

The "Pager" ringtone is the same as the Rockstar theme used in the introduction sequence in GTA: Vice City.

When you enter any of the bars, you can see postcards of Vice City.

Red Dead Revolver
Watch the Weazel and CNT channels on the television in a safehouse. You will see a commercial that uses scenes from Red Dead Revolver, which is another Rockstar game.

Rockstar Games
On Vauxite St. there is a storefront called "Rock Star Music and Video" that alludes to Rockstar Games.

Some of the pedestrian phones play the original GTA theme.

I keep hearing Vinewood referenced, there's some celebrity radio talk show. Also the laundromat right across the street from your first safehouse is called Vinewood Laundromat, and the second time Roman texts you about taxi side-missions the text says that he's tired of ferrying around 80 year old Vice City residents and that you can take a couple if you want.

Don't know if those count as easter eggs, I just love to hear previous games referenced :P

3rd line: | WATCH US TRICK THEM INTO WIPING RICH PEOPLE'S ASSES, |
4th line: | WHILE WE CONVINCE THEM IT'S A LAND OF OPPURTUNITY |
it also says JULY IV and the roman numericals for 1776.

It's not only the giant cock from San Andreas on the mini golf course, there's also the Ganton towers (not teepees) from LS and a SA countryside style windmill thing. And then there's the Vice City lighthouse which has "Firefly Island" written down the side as well as the Ocean View Hotel from VC.

Two bits!

Get any type of car and go to a large traffic jam. Use the horn to do the "Shave and a haircut" and stop, one of the many other cars should do the "two bits". You must listen carefully because it might be done by a pedestrian instead!

Cant remember the exact location, but here goes: If you go to the LCPD station with the Annihilator helicopter (East coast of Algonquin, up north - next to a gas station) and then go inside the door that leads to the helipad, you go up one (maybe 2?) flights of stairs and there are 3 cops standing round some guy lying on the ground. Appears that they beat him or something, but he has full health. I laughed.

Since you've mentioned the Bullworth appearance wouldn't it be relevant to also mention that quite a bit of San Andreas footage as well as footage from Red Dead Revolver can be seen on TV too.

Another thing to add is in the Bohan safehouse, on the floor by the coffee table are some CD's. One is an OG Loc CD while the others are some of the original songs written for LCS (Take The Pain, Mine Until Monday & Funk In Time)

I guess this can go in here..

If you jack a Mr. Tasty (ice cream truck) and tap L3 (horn), like you would to turn on a police siren, the truck's jingle will play. It seems to cycle through several different tunes, each funnier than the last.

Scarborough Faire - Simon & Garfunkle
Flight of the Bumblebee - Peter Tchaikovsky
The Nutcracker - Peter Tchaikovsky
Greensleeves - ....hell if I know...
Soviet Connection (Theme from Grand Theft Auto IV) - Michael Hunter
Ride of the Valkyries - Richard Wagner

The tempo of the song will increase the faster you drive--so if Flight of the Bumblebee starts playing, STEP ON IT! Also, of course, if you bash up the truck the jingle will start going foul, until it turns to unintelligible gibberish.

If you angle your camera just right into Packie's head, you will see a little box in the middle with a brain painted on it.

Also, if you get onto a motorcycle and wait a few moments for Niko to pop on his helm, sometimes he'll put on a Evil Knievel helm.

After killing Playboyx you unlock his penthouse. When you change your clothes in this penthouse you unlock an outfit that is the same as Claude's on GTA III

There are three, not sure if they've been posted or brought up, and I don't feel like searching so I'll put them out there.

Also, art stands scattered around the city show head portraits of GTA game characters, both from GTA IV and the previous GTA games.

If you go to the end of Shinnecock Avenue in Beachgate (right next to Mr Faustins house) you'll notce that two cars have crashed through the barrier at the end of the road and the cars are laying in the rocks below.

Also if you go to West Dyke in Alderny City and follow the main dirt raod leading out to the ocean and a jetty (an assination mission takes place here) you'll notice a PED doing Yoga or something on top of a small hill while looking out into the ocean.

I don't know if this counts but here it goes:
*Contains spoilers regarding Little Jacob's special ability*
Go to your phonebook, select Jacob and select "Guns", go to his location, buy weapons or armor if you want to and then hit L1, he'll close the trunk, but if you try to steal the car you won't be able to. Niko just tries opening the door but doesn't break the crystal down. Also if you ram his car it won't take any damage(I'm still to confirm this as I just hit it mildly).

Fuck. The one about about the Transformers being in an junk yard near Burger Shot needs to be cleared up. The only Burger Shot I know of in Alderney is in a pretty nice area, an area that would seem unlikely to have a junk yard. Also, (if there's more than one), none of the food locations show up on my map for Alderney. Not a clue why.

Anyway, not sure if this would be considered an easter egg, maybe just something worth noting. Anybody notice the 5 or 6 sunken ships around the entire south end of Alderney? I know the area's made up of Roughineries and what seems like Nuclear Plants. Are the surrounding waters toxic or something? haha. :p

They're in that vicinity.

I found them here (snapmap provided of EXACT location):

http://snapmap.wikigta.org/index.php?map=IV&title=&set=595,285

EDIT: Here's a picture I took of the art. You can see 8ball in there and some other GTA III characters (don't remember their names). I'll leave it as a link, in case you'd rather see the characters on the wall yourself.

If you are watching the TV try looking for a show called republican space rangers or something like that and you notice right a way that there suits are VERY similar. also they are in space, like Halo, and they fly to something that looks similar to THE Halo. They even kill aliens! its pretty funny.:smoke:

Ah thanks. That was the problem. I was looking around the Bank of Liberty in Algonquin. The wikicheats guide didn't specify and since it was the algonquin one you rob, I assumed it was that.

Looks ok to me?

The links don't work though in the first page. You have to actually click on the link of the snapmap and the image to get the full URL.

Notice how there's ... within the link? If you copy the link from here, those ... are going to be in the URL. Clicking the link and then copying the URL from the address bar will fix that.

I've always wondered that aswell, the whole time I've been coming to the forum never has anyone took that name....strange.

I thought of taking a GTA type name but was presauded otherwise( my kids ):zero:

Not sure if this one's been mentioned, at the beach in Westdyke (north eastern Alderney), there is a giant rock sitting at the edge of the water, on top is a pedestrian doing Kung Fu or something. You can see him from a boat in the adjacent water; a view through the scope of a sniper provides a closer look. A fly by in a helicopter too close will "spook" him like it would other pedestrians and in attempt to flee he will ultimately fall off the rock to his death.

I don't know, his description seems too different to be the same thing...

It is the same thing I think, he said it was on exactly the same beach as you did, the only thing different he said is that it was a small hill were you said it was on top of a large rock.
I've added your discription with Fry's discription on the main page. ;)

No actually Slim is right, That is a different one (and it's much better too) the PED i was talking about wasn't on top of that rock. He was just on top of a small hill on the actual beach itself looking out to the ocean, Which is right next to the to the location where slim has taken that pic. So there must be two seperate yoga ped's.....

I'll get a pic of the ped i'm talking about when i get home later tonight.

Just a few nipped from www.cheatcc.com Apologies for any repeats, but feel free to add any new ones. :)

Ratman

Walk in the darkest parts of the subway, and you might find someone called "Ratman". When you get close to him, he will say said he is Ratman but will then run very fast down the subway. You will not be able to catch up with him.

Skull box inside Packie's head

Position Packie between the camera and Niko. Move until the camera is inside Packie, and look at the center of his head to find a box with skulls.

Versus

In the first mission, when you give Roman a ride to a betting shop, on the other side of the road is a shop called "Mr. Wong's", which is reference to Mr. Wong in Grand Theft Auto 3. Also, there are Furgons in the city.

Salvatore's run-down mansion can be found in Alderney, near Beaverhead Ave. and Cassiar Ave.

After you have access to the Bohan apartment, look on the floor next to the table using a sniper rifle. You will see some albums, one of which is by Og Loc. Og Loc was a character from GTA: San Andreas.

Watch the Weazel and CNT channels on the television at your hideout. You will see various locations from San Andreas.

The "www.freejames.org" and "www.area53site.com" websites allude to James Pedeaston and Marvin Trill, DJs on WCTR in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. James has been arrested and has a charity set up for his legal funds (with only $23 in it), and Marvin Trill has shut down his show to protect his research.

Grand Theft Auto series

After you kill the drug dealers in the "Shadow" mission for Little Jacob, leave the room, and go back the way you came. On the wall just before you go down the stairs, you will see graffiti which has the name of every previous Grand Theft Auto protagonist on the wall; Claude from Grand Theft Auto 3, Tommy from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Carl from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Tony Cipriani from Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, and Victor Vance from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The text says things like "Victor - never forget you / always remember you bro", "RIP Claude", "RIP Toni", "remember Tommy - u r still my hero", "Carl I love you RIP everyone miss you", "RIP Vic".

Got to the museum in Algonquin. In front of the museum you will find drawings of characters from previous Grand Theft Auto series games.

Halo

While watching television in a safehouse, flip through the channels until you find the cartoon show called "Republican Space Rangers". The design of their spacesuits resemble Master Chief's suit from Halo.

Ok may you fix the "Car with invinsibility" one?
So, basically you can cause damage to it, it's just that you're not able to steal it, you can also kill Little Jacob without losing Like %. He'll afterwards call you to pick him up at the hospital.

Edit: Just remembered:
An indestructible vehicle would be the TUG(the big rusty boat) you can randomly find at several places. I remember shooting at it with all 8 of my RPG's and it never blowing up.

R* has taken stabs at a lot of stuff--it seems they're using the cars to make fun of various manufacturers too.

On the left rear bumper of the Blista Compact you'll see a label, just under the left taillamp, saying "INVARIBLE VALVE TIMING", a play on Honda's much-ballyhooed VTEC variable-valve timing system

Jose

Oh and the Dukes car is a kinda obvious reference to the Dukes of Hazzard, it's the same '69 Charger they use.

In the wall with all the past GTAs paintings there's more to it.

I didn't typed that while looking at the place so some things may be wrong. Also There's armor on the top of the building, the staircase is on the wall facing west.

The Haunted Stroller on FIA beach:

http://www.gamesradar.com/f/the-top-7-gta-iv-easter-eggs-so-far/a-20080505122415601022

We're not even sure if this really qualifies as an "Easter egg" per se, but it's always in the same place and it's creepy as hell, so in it goes. You can find this stroller abandoned on a sandy hillside just southwest of Francis International Airport, and while it looks like just another piece of garbage cluttering up the game world, it's actually a lot more ominous than that.

http://static.gamesradar.com/images/mb/GamesRadar/ us/Features/2008/05/Top%207%20GTA%20IV%20Easter%20 eggs/Screens/Baby%20stroller--article_image.jpg

And then there's this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NaqHeOE0Eec

Eerie, huh? Remind us to go back there on a dark, moonless night sometime. Meanwhile, you can find it at the red dot on this map:
