I wonder if anyone else encountered this.

I was walking down Star Junction, minding my own business, trying to phone Carmen..
When a dude suddenly asked me 'DO YOU LIKE HIPHOP?' and a cutscene started playing..

Supposedly a rapper stopped Niko and asked him if he liked hiphop. A conversation began and before I knew it, the rapper was attacked and I had to bust his 'beef foes' into tomorrow. After that, he told me I was from the streets, thanked me and left.

Anyone else encounter shit like this?

They are random strangers, I met one yesterday who gave me 100 dollars and told me about politics and how great his coke was. Since then, I've found a couple of them and they have given me jobs.

The thing is with these people, you have to be in the right place at the right time for them to appear on the radar to trigger the missions, I've only done two, both for the same guy, the rich coke head who hangs around Broker.

Again, this is another thing I saw in Bully. Kids would come up and give you mini-missions if you were around a certain area of town at a certain time of day.

You also run into Hassan on the streets, he is the guy you were with on the boat in the beginning of the game. I don't know if he comes into the story later with any prominence, as I haven't finished.

Did anyone run into the pedophile stranger in Alderney? First, he told me to go to the docks where he threw a bag into the water and then as we drove to some place in Algonquin he was like "I like little boys" and that Westminster was his "hunting ground"

He was seriously fucked up. Telling me how he touched his peers in the wrong places when he was a kid and that his dad touched him :| I wonder what was in that bag. I was planning on collecting the money and shooting him, but after the mission was over he just dissapeared.
