Mulitplayer Ranked Matches

Is there a way to transport your party into a ranked match or are ranked matches strictly without parties? My buddies and I have only been able to play player matches together against other teams and haven't been able to figure out how to change to ranked matches and bring everyone over. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah random matches are random so people don't try to rank up quickly.

Umm I did this yesterday with some of my friends. I got all of us together in party mode then just pulled up my phone and went to ranked match/cops and crooks. We all started on the same team and everthing. The only thing that sucked is once the match was over, we all went back the the party mode and I had to put us back into a ranked match. Doing the other option, player match, we were able to keep playing after the game was won without going back to party mode. Hope this helps!
