Green suitcase in Deathmatch

Sometimes during deathmatch I find myself in font of a suitcase floating with a green arrow above.
I try to get it but nothing happens. I'm probably dumb but does anyone here know what this suitcase is? TKS

It's a first aid kit. It restores your health during deathmatch, and if you drive over it in a race, it will repair your car too.
