and if u use the cheats does that also block the passage to other islands? or it just the achievment stuff that it messes with?

Yea, like San Andreas where you cant beat it 100% if you use a cheat. Which doesnt mean sqaut to me because I never beat these games 100% anyways do to finding oysters, pigeons, jumps,etc.
