PC version on November 30th?!

I found this pre orderlink in a german site

says there 30th November 2008, is it real? will my dream come true? will i have some cookies?! well, abit off topic there :P
anyway, is it true that it will come to the PC?!

A lot of sites have been putting that date up, but there has been nothing released by Rockstar about that date or even a PC version at all. Everything here would just be speculation so.... closed.
