At the very start of the game you park it in a parking space but I'm sure as the game progresses you'll get bigger properties with bigger garages.

I hope they make one with a huge garage because SA's two car limit got old...

You can probably find a garage or two. Don't count on it though, but one shouldn't be too much to ask for. xP
To me it doesn't matter too much though, as long as the car stays there for once. x_x
