Adding an avatar

I dont know if this is the write forum, but how do you add avatars?

Can it be 80pixels by 80pixels?

Click on user cp then click on options then scroll to the bottom and click change avatar then scroll down on the next page and click on browse where it says you can upload a avatar from your computer....It has to be 70x70 pixels and a max of 25000 bytes
