in the multiplayer page it says the multiplayer for gtaIV wont be a WOW style mmo whats that mean? are we going to have to stay by the other players like in san andreas? or is it totaly free roam

Probably means it's not going to be MMORPG (unlimited players), as the multiplayer is limited to 16 players, and free roam means free roam, you have the whole city open in some modes.
