When I make a boarder and I get a render to appear infront background and I make the BG in the middle of the sig, how do I make the whiteness dissapear (exmp: look at my sig) I need help to how I make the white color to dissapear.

Make a copy of the background, delete the original. Select the area you want to delete (make clear) and then use the eraser tool on it. That should work, depending on the order of your layers.

Yeah, I believe so. It's hard for me to visualize without actually being there doing it though...

I'm assuming the white area was transparent in Photoshop, but you saved as JPEG which does not support alpha channels, so instead save as PNG.
