They are the only ones in existance of a deceased Grandmother, do to a fire, and they where blurred/or masked then for security concerns.

Is it possible to undo this, masking ?

i know the FBI has figured out a way to undo that swirl thing that people do so they can find pedophiles, but i don't know if it's possible to undo a regular blur. i'd suggest googling around.
