Alright, so I was reading in the GTA VC thread about the car bomb. In GTA 3, there was the bomb which blew up when the car was started, the remote bomb, and the timer. I would like to see the one when the car was started again. That one was fun because you could rig the car, and some guy would come up and steal the car, then boom! Anyone else would like to see this feature again?
This might just be me.. but wasn't there only one type of car bomb in previous GTAs? The remote bomb?
the timed, and the starter bomb was only during missions if im not mistaken.

Yea I miss 8Ball's Bomb Shop.
I want the thing out of GTA 2 which dropped oil and all the cars would slip all over the place

2001 has been some time now, and terrorism seems to play an important role in the game (based on Weazel News). So I think there is a good chance that car bombs will be included.
Yeah, I'd like to see that bomb triggered with the starting key, gives more cinematic feel.

haha i remember that. that was quite fun and very useful.

yeah, but it would be very funny to see how the new AI react to it. and also that bomb that goes off when someone starts a car might work if people steal parked cars like in the Dilettante commerical.

It would be fun, but with 8ball unlikely to make a return, R* will have to find some other way to advertise this.
8 balls son!...... maybe not but its LC we need something to do with 8 ball

Actually, 8ball was such a minor character (even though he was the first character you met in GTA III), that he could be worked into IV. Or at least his shops could.
I mean, Vice City had 8 ball shops, and that was 15 years before III.
yeah, they should still have his shops, there has gotta be some mention
I hope there is bombs.. I want to steal a person's car while they are in work or w.e, rig it with a bomb, park it in place and turn the engine off, sit on a bench and watch the fun. :)
