New weapon stats for GTA-VC by BSB

In this mod-
(1) damage given by each and every weapon (even damage given when you are unarmed) is increased so as to make the game a bit difficult and more interesting.
(2) In grenade, Molotov, rocket and flame thrower, the area effected is increased. Thus, you can do more destruction around.
(3) Some weapons now got realistic ammo per magazine. Like, pistol now got 7 bullets per magazine.
