GTA Cougar - The Forgotten Car by DiCanio

This car didn't make it into the final game for one reason or the other. It was called the Cougar and it is either an earlier development of the Virgo or it was going to be a special version of it. Main differences between the Cougar and the Virgo are: Cougar has a larger rear window, smaller trunk (boot), different rear side windows and slightly different front and rear light arrangements. In the pic above, Cougar at the right and Virgo at the left.
