This CLEO mod brings a weapon from Half-Life 2 to San Andreas: the pulse rifle! All you have to do is whip out your SMG, and while aiming it press the middle click button and you'll fire a pulse beam. Just like in HL2, the pulse kills enemies in its way and also bounces off buildings and other objects. This version also allows you to blow up cars with it.
