I was working on this for a while and couldn't get it working but just tried it again and got it working

This mod allows you to bribe the police to lower your wanted level, but the higher the wanted level, the more costly!
It also displayes a message to tell you

Bugs
You can still be arrested when you have your wanted level lowered from 1 to 0

1.Make sure you have a asi loader and alice installed
2.Place Bribe.lua in alice folder in your gta 4 directory

B = Lower Level
